Where there is reward, there is work

Huh? Yes, where there is reward, then there is work. We had a crazy day at work today. It wasn't as long as (so far, I guess) as some of my days at EY were, of course, but it was intense and draining. They say that perception is 90% of it, but how do you alter perception while you are experiencing something? Hehe, I think the answer is that you can't- so you just have to grin and bear it. Or rather, BEAR DOWN when the going gets tough. And then enjoy the reward when you are finished... or in today's case, enjoy the reward (new ipod) before you start. And focus on the next reward to come. Which in my case is going to be a bag of Cadbury mini chocolate eggs. You know, the kind with the candy shell but the solid chocoate inside? Purple bag... super rich, but oh so fabulous? Watch out Easter bunny... I'm coming for you. ;) Hope you had a great and relatively stress-free day!

So you are still in love with those Cadburry eggs! It is fun to remember all the times that they were hidden away before the rabbit could hide them..Of course the melt factor was often a problem by the time Easter arrived. The joys of living in the desert! At least you never had to go Easter egg hunting in snow boots!
Love you,
